Editorial Policy
Writing about gambling comes with responsibility. Readers may make decisions involving real money based on what they read, so we hold our articles to a few clear standards.
Accuracy over excitement
We describe games, odds and terms as they are, not as marketing would like them to sound. Where a figure depends on the specific game or operator — such as RTP or a commission rate — we say so rather than presenting one number as universal. We don't invent statistics, studies or quotes.
Risk is part of the story
Every explainer about a game or product also covers its downsides. We don't describe gambling as a way to earn income, and we include responsible gambling information throughout the site, not just on one page.
The law comes first
Gambling rules vary enormously between countries. When we write about a region where gambling is restricted or prohibited, we make that clear and don't encourage readers to work around the law.
Independence
Some articles contain links to other websites. Links never decide what we say about a game, a bonus or the risks of gambling, and a link is not a recommendation to gamble anywhere.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it. Readers can report errors through our contact page. Significant corrections are made directly in the article as soon as they're confirmed.
